1 - Must have designed and built a RESTapi (I don't care which language)
2 - Must have worked with a modern web backend framework
3 - Must be able to describe how data models should be spec'd and built
4 - Must be able to describe the fundamentals of SQL
5 - Must be familiar with version control workflows
Strongly preferred:
1 - Experience building apps in the Laravel PHP Framework (or Symfony)
2 - Experience with PostGres
3 - Experience with Amazon AWS Services
4 - Experience with GIT and Jenkins
