Candidate will need strong written and verbal English skills to work with our members to present their solutions and work issues to resolution, and/or provide direction/coaching back to support teams on how best to respond.
To be successful, the candidate will need to quickly learn our internal systems and processes.
Will need to investigate and research the facts and member history to determine workable solutions. Candidates will look to follow existing standard operating procedures (SOP) or make exceptions where applicable.
Will work during standard US workdays from 8 AM to 5 PM
Resolve Member Conflicts
Resolve Member Support Escalations
Increase lifetime value of members (request to cancels that are saved)
Strong English –written/verbal
Prior Customer Support Management Experience (ideal)
Research & Analysis
Technical ability to learn our systems and Standard Operating Procedures
MS Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
Google Docs (Ideal)
Real Estate Knowledge (Ideal)
